See Clinician Profiles

our clinical staff includes

Psychiatrists: Medical Doctors (M.D.) with four or five years of specialized training after completion of medical school.  This experience prepares them in the evaluation and treatment of mental health problems.  All Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists must complete training in Adult Psychiatry before their Child and Adolescent sub-specialty
fellowship program.

Clinical Psychologists:  Doctorate level clinicians with either a Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. trained to evaluate and treat psychological and behavioral disorders.

Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialists:  Nurse practioners with advanced training and degrees (R.N., C.S.).  They are experienced in providing mental health care to children, adolescent, adults and families.  They are also licensed to prescribe psychiatric medication in collaboration with a psychiatrist.

Psychiatric Social Workers:  Specialized clinicians with Master’s degree in social work, and also licensed as an L.I.C.S.W. (licensed independent clinical social worker).

Licensed Mental Health Counselors:  Certified clinicians with a Master’s degree in counseling.  Experience and exam proficiency qualify as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor).

Our staff are all individually licensed.  They have extensive experience in working  with children, adolescents, adults and families.  We strive to match each child/family with the clinician who can best provide the necessary treatment.
